Post-Surgical Recovery Program
Service Description
Post-Surgical Recovery Program Based on Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT / ILBI / NLBI) Our Post-Surgical Recovery Program utilizes low-level laser therapy as a core modality to support tissue repair, reduce postoperative complications, and accelerate functional recovery. The program is designed for outpatient use and may be integrated into postoperative care following surgical interventions. Therapeutic Effects General Recovery Support • Improvement of overall postoperative condition • Prevention of circulatory congestion associated with reduced mobility and bed rest • Reduction of postoperative pain and discomfort • Normalization of tissue nutrition (trophism) • Prevention of scar contractures and movement limitation Tissue Repair and Wound Healing • Stimulation of reparative and regenerative processes in surgically affected tissues • Acceleration of wound epithelialization (clinical data report up to a five-fold increase) • Enhancement of cellular proliferation and regenerative activity • Activation of phospholipid synthesis and restoration of cellular membranes • Stimulation of repair enzyme production • Support of chromatin restoration and DNA repair mechanisms Anti-Inflammatory and Immune Support • Reduction of postoperative inflammation • Immunomodulatory effects supporting recovery and infection prevention • Normalization of antioxidant defense systems • Decrease in bacterial contamination of wounds • Faster resolution of purulent-inflammatory complications when present Microcirculation and Detoxification • Improvement of microcirculation and tissue oxygenation • Detoxifying effects associated with intravenous and non-invasive laser blood irradiation (ILBI / NLBI) • Reduction of postoperative edema and tissue congestion Neurohumoral Regulation • Support of neuromodulator biosynthesis • Activation of neurosecretory processes involved in pain modulation and stress response Clinical Outcomes • Accelerated wound healing and tissue regeneration • Reduced recovery time and postoperative discomfort • Improved functional outcomes and quality of recovery Safety Profile • Low-level laser therapy is non-teratogenic • Does not induce mutagenic effects • Does not stimulate tumor cell growth when used within established therapeutic parameters
