Metabolic Bone and Osteoporosis

Service Description

The study is aimed at: - assessment of bone metabolism; - diagnosis of primary and secondary osteoporosis; - control of osteoporosis treatment. The study includes tests that allow you to: - diagnosis of secondary osteoporosis (hematological, endocrine disorders, markers of liver damage, kidney dysfunction and other conditions) for the selection of therapy aimed at treating the underlying disease and correcting osteoporosis; - in-depth assessment of mineral metabolism, biochemical markers of bone formation activity and bone resorption to determine baseline indicators of bone formation activity before starting therapy, to assess the effectiveness of anabolic or antiresorptive therapy in patients with osteoporosis and other bone diseases. What is included in the study: Glucose, ALT, AST, ALP, Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, Calcium total, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Beta-Cross laps, CBC, ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate).
