LASMIK® Genital Endometriosis Program Non-Surgical Supportive Therapy Euromed Prestige offers an advanced outpatient program for the supportive treatment of genital endometriosis using Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) with patented LASMIK® technology, combined with detoxification and antioxidant support. LASMIK® laser therapy is a painless, non-invasive physiotherapeutic method that does not require hospitalization or recovery time. It is used as part of comprehensive, physician-guided care to reduce inflammation, improve microcirculation, support tissue regeneration, and preserve reproductive function. Treatment by Disease Stage Stage I–II Endometriosis At early stages, LASMIK® therapy may significantly reduce pelvic pain, inflammation, heavy menstrual bleeding, and cycle irregularities. In many cases, it allows for conservative management without surgical intervention. Stage III–IV Endometriosis At advanced stages, laser therapy is used as adjunctive care to support treatment of microscopic inflammatory foci, improve menstrual and reproductive function, and reduce inflammatory activity. When used before surgery, it may lower the risk of postoperative complications; after surgery, it supports healing and functional recovery. Clinical evidence shows that repeated laparoscopic procedures may negatively affect ovarian reserve and fertility. Therefore, conservative physiotherapeutic approaches, such as laser therapy, play an important role in preserving ovarian function and avoiding unnecessary invasive procedures whenever possible.
