Smart Health Policies

Payment policy.

1. Only bank cards, bank transfers and cash are accepted for payment. The cost of services can be found on the website in the booking section or from the clinic staff.

2. The cost of outpatient medical programs is calculated before the start of treatment. The treatment program can be modified in the process in accordance with the prescriptions of the attending physician.

3. Medical services are paid on the day of the provision / start of treatment.

4. Partner-based diagnostic services are paid directly to partner organizations on the day of service provision.

 

When reserving clinic services on Sundays.

1. In accordance with Article 71 of the Federal Labor Law, Sunday is a day off. Employees working on Sunday are entitled to a surcharge of 25% or more of their wages on normal days. In connection with this provision of Article 71, services rendered on Sunday are also subject to an additional surcharge of 25% of the cost of services rendered.

 

Pricing and discount policies.

1. A 4% discount is provided to the customer for the entire amount paid in cash. The minimum purchase amount to apply the discount is 10,000 pesos.

2. A 10% referral discount is provided to a new client who comes on the recommendation of another client for the selected type of services (one-time services or a treatment program). The referral discount is provided only 1 time. This type of discount can be combined with a cash payment discount (see section 1).

3. For procedures from the beauty and aesthetics section, namely: biorevitalization, mesotherapy, PRP, massage and (conventional and laser) and other beauty procedures, discounts do not apply, except for a discount for cash payment according to clause 1.

4. 10% discount on treatment programs is provided at a minimum cost of 20,000 pesos. The discount cannot be combined with the discount specified in clause 2. The discount can be combined according to clause 1.

 

Customer loyalty program.​

1. 1 bonus = 1 Mexican peso.

2. 50 bonuses are awarded for registration on the site.

3. 25 bonuses are awarded for any service worth over 800 pesos.

4. Bonuses are accrued manually by the responsible person by summing up the number of services received and in accordance with the conditions specified in clause 3.

5. Bonuses can be used partially or completely to pay for future services in the following proportions: A maximum of 500 bonuses for every 1,000 pesos when paying for a single service; A maximum of 1000 bonuses for every 10,000 pesos when paying for the treatment program.

6. Balance (number of bonuses) you can check in your personal account or with a clinic employee.

7. A bonus of 500 pesos is awarded within the framework of the referral program to each person who recommended Smart Health services, provided that the client who came on the recommendation purchases Smart Health services in the amount of at least 10,000 pesos.
